I have been in Japan teaching CIII again…
I really like these new C3 projects as it offers DECO instructors so many different types of flower techniques! I’m very inspired with these new projects and more ideas are on the way…
DECO head office has been very busy organizing the 30th anniversary event which is set for September of 2011. This event will feature many DECO instructor works and will be our biggest exhibition ever. We will be showing my mother and my newest work. We have been putting all our energy into deciding which themes and styles we would like to focus on. It is going to be a lot’s of work and a lots of planning to make this a success. We are just so excited about how far DECO has come and with the help of all the participants, we are so grateful. We are looking forward to all the creations with the various themes of this event.
The Hawaii office will be announcing the 30th year event information to instructors soon. Invitations for all instructors who live outside of Japan will be sent out soon. During the course of the show we are planning a tour around Japan. This is a great chance to join this event and have an opportunity to visit Japan all in one trip. I will keep you posted…
Before I left Hawaii, I got so busy with the Macy’s order and a few wedding orders.
Since I got to Japan, the cherry blossoms have been blooming everywhere! This is one of best times to be in Japan. You get to see so many flowering trees. It is just amazing!!!
