There are so many flowers blooming here in Hawaii… flowering trees, vines and stem flowers. With the good breeze and blue skies it is hard to resist putting aside all the responsibilities and just jump in the water!

But as it is, we are busy as usual with many projects…

While my Mother was here we completed 10 new projects for the Modeling Course 2.

This means that the photo shoot is next and happy to say this is completed and came out very nice. Files have been passed to the publisher and should be ready just in time for the classes which begin in Japan at the end of August. We are looking forward to sharing these projects with everyone!

Hawaii studio member classes have been to full capacity and in the capable hands of Chenli. Kody & Yumi have been doing a wonderful job introducing the Crafter’s Clay project workshops. Great excitement and great teamwork! Summer season brings many visitors from near and far; a great time to get together for crafting.

It is always fun to meet the brides and their family and offer our support for this special day. On display will be many beautiful samples of bouquets, favors and accessories. The whole DECO team has been very busy putting all these together… so much fun! If you are near, please come visit us!

We have been keeping eye out for a new space for the DECO Hawaii studio for a long time… I think we found our new space! It is a long process and too many details. We will announce more about this very soon. We are all very excited with this new space and think it will be a great place for gathering.
